For whole body images, 11 to 24 weeks is perfect! At this stage you can see your baby stretching, kicking and turning in the womb! For truly amazing, life-like 4D pictures we recommend 27 – 34 weeks. This stage captures your baby’s facial features, eyes opening, and chubby cheeks! 4D image clarity depends on different factors such as amniotic fluid levels and fetal positioning. We have the experience to utilize techniques to achieve the clearest images possible. Studies have shown that 4D ultrasound may also increase the maternal-fetal bonding process, arousing many emotional responses from parents and family members, which may lead to healthier lifestyle choices for mothers during their pregnancy.

For patients interested in gender, our highly experienced sonographer and high resolution equipment can accurately determine gender for fetuses over 14 weeks! If in the event your baby is not cooperating for gender, we’ll simply reschedule you in a few days at no additional cost!

Family and friends are welcomed to view your sonogram on our 42’’ flat screen monitor. Our diagnostic sonograms are performed by a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with results interpreted by a Radiologist (MD), a physician specializing in ultrasound. We are medical professionals, providing responsible scanning and report incidental problems found with your baby to your doctor, unlike many 4D facilities which may employ non-medical personnel.
